Chicken Tandoori BBQ Rice

Chicken Preparation :

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 3 tsp tandoori masala
  • soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 kg chicken

Vegetables :

  • oil
  • ginger & garlic
  • 2 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • green onion

Sauce :

  • 5 tbsp National Tomato Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup National Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Basmati Rice


  • In a bowl, add yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice, and chicken.
  • Mix everything together and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, add oil, ginger, garlic and mix.
  • Add capsicum, carrots, cabbage, soya sauce, salt, red chilli powder and stir fry.
  • Mix in some green onions and set it aside.
  • Now add oil in another pan and oil and cook your marinated chicken.
  • Give it a charcoal smoke in the end.
  • To make a special sauce, mix National mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer it to a piping bottle or a bag.
  • To assemble, put a layer of boiled rice, chilli garlic oil, cooked vegetables, tandoori chicken and lastly some prepared sauce.
  • It’s now ready to serve, enjoy.
