Chicken Broast

This spicy crispy Chicken Broast is tender and juicy from the inside and crispy and spicy from the outside!

Ingredients

 

For Chicken marination:

  • Chicken with skin (8 pieces cut), 1 kg
  • National vinegar ¼ cup
  • National salt 2 tablespoon

For broast marination:

  • National salt 1 tablespoon
  • National red chili powder 2 tablespoon
  • Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
  • National garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  • National chili sauce 3 se 4 tablespoon
  • Water 3-4 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

  • In a bowl add chicken with vinegar, salt and cover with water completely for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take out chicken from water and marinate.

Step 2:

  • Add all above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl and add chicken. Mix well. Keep chicken in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  • Breading mix
  • Flour 2.5 cups
  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • National salt 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
  • National garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • National red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil for deep fry

Step 3:

  • Mix all breading ingredients in a big bowl.
  • Now add marinated chicken in the breading mix and coat it properly. Fry on medium flame for at least 12-15 minutes.
  • When chicken turns golden and chicken pieces come to the top take them out and pat off excess oil.
  • Serve with National Chilli Garlic Sauce or National Garlic Mayo and Enjoy!
