Pink Sauce Pasta

Fulfill your iftaar cravings with a creamy and delicious pink sauce pasta made by Mahrukh.

I Made It


For chicken:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste.
  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1 tbsp National Tikka Masala
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • National iodized salt as per taste
  • National black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • 1/2tsp chilli flakes

For Pasta:

  • Oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/2 carrots and 1/2 cup capsicum
  • National Chilli Sauce 1tbsp
  • National Chilli Garlic Sauce 1cup
  • National Tomato Ketchup 1/3 cup
  • National salt and black pepper 1/2tsp
  • 1/2tsp chilli flakes & mixed herbs
  • 1/2 or 1 whole pack diary cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Some cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Boiled pasta 1/2 or whole pack


Method for Marination:

  • In a pan add oil, garlic paste, chicken and all the mentioned spices
  • for chicken, cook well until done and then set aside.
  • In a pot fry garlic then add onion until translucent, then add carrots
  • and capsicum and cook for a while.

Method for Cooking:

  • Now add chilli sauce, chilli garlic, ketchup, salt pepper, chilli
  • flakes and mixed herbs in the pan and mix everything together on low
  • to medium flame.
  • Proceed to Add 1/2 or 1 pack diary cream, some cheddar cheese and mix well.
  • Lastly add 1/2 or full pack boiled macaroni pasta and add the prepared
  • chicken, mix well and Voila! It’s ready to be served.
