Chicken Tandoori Salad

Healthy Tandoor Salad:

  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp National Tandoori Masala
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemonade

For dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp National Black Pepper

For salad:

  • Lettuce
  • Any vegetables of your choice
  • Dry fruit


  • Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes with all above mentioned ingredients.
  • Then cook on low medium heat, add one tablespoon oil if you want.
  • Now prepare salad dressing, mix all the ingredients and pour it on your vegetable. Mix well.
  • Then top it with your chicken and nuts and it’s done!
