Directions
In a large cooking pot, heat oil then add sliced onions, sauté a bit stirring continuously.
Add in minced garlic, stir till light golden, add in lamb minced meat, and sauté till it changes its color.
Add all the seasonings including National Tikka Masala, cook for 15 mins (add little water if needed) then add fresh coriander.
Cover the lid and cook further for 5 more mins on low flame. Toss in green onions. Cook minced meat completely at room temperature.
Take roll wrappers fill with cooked minced meat, and seal with flour sealer. Now dip sides of rolls in beaten egg and coat side with sesame seeds.
Deep fry rolls till golden brown in color. Serve hot with green chutney.
