Vermicelli Custard

  • National Vermicelli crushed 1/3 cup
  • National Vanilla Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Dry fruits for garnishing


  • In a pot add milk and boil it until milk is thick and reduced a little bit.
  • Add Sugar and National Vermicelli and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until almost tender.
  • In a cup, add National Custard Powder and a half cup of milk or water and mix well.
  • Transfer the Vermicelli into the milk and stir continuously side by side and cook 3 to 4 minutes until custard thickens, then turn off the flame.
  • Transfer it into a serving bowl, leave it for rest, and after some time put it into the fridge.
  • Garnish with almonds and walnuts and it is ready to serve!
