Pizza Dough:

  • Sugar 1 & ½ tsp
  • Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) 2 Cup
  • Fine atta (Flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups
  • Namak (National Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water ½ Cup
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp


  • Boneless chicken boiled & shredded 150g
  • National Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
  • Namak (National Salt) 4 tsp or to taste
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
  • Fresh basil chopped 1 tbs
  • Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1


  • Pizza sauce 3 tbs or as required
  • Makhan (Butter) melted
  • National Lal mirch (National Red Chili Powder) crushed
  • Dried oregano
  • Makhan (Butter) melted


    Prepare Pizza Dough:

  • In a small jug, sugar, instant yeast, and milk and whisk well. Cover and let it rest for 4-5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add fine flour, all-purpose flour, and National Salt and mix well.
  • Add cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.
  • Add yeast mixture and mix well.
  • Gradually add lukewarm water
  • knead until dough is formed.
  • Grease dough with cooking oil, cover, and let it rest for 1 and a ½ hours (warm place).
    • Prepare Chicken and Cheese Filling:

  • In a bowl, add chicken and National Tikka Masala and mix well.
  • Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, National Salt, dried oregano, fresh parsley, fresh basil leaves, and egg white, mix well, and set aside.
  • Sprinkle dry flour and knead the dough again until smooth (2-3 minutes), sprinkle dry flour and roll out in a rectangle shape (12 x 18 inches) with the help of a rolling pin.
    • Assembling:

  • On the half side of the dough, add and spread pizza sauce, add prepared chicken and cheese filling, and press gently.
  • Now cut the dough, flip over the filling and cut in 1-inch thick strips.
  • Now press a wooden skewer on each strip and twist gently.
  • Place all twisted strips on a baking tray lined with butter раper.
  • Brush melted butter, sprinkle National Red Chilli Powder, and dried oregano (makes 13-14).
  • Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 12 minutes (on both grills).
  • After baking, apply melted butter.
  • Serve with National Tomato Ketchup or National Chilli Garlic Sauce!
