Directions
Add oil in a pan then add slices of onion then sauté it then add cumin and curry leaves
Now add slices of tomatoes and ridge gourd (turrai) then and small pieces of raw mango and simmer for 10 mins
Then broil for 5 mins, add National Chatkharaydar Sabzi Mix and National Salt and let it cook until done
Then add chopped coriander and sliced green chili and serve
