Directions
For the topping, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add mutton mince, and tomatoes and cook, pressing down on tomatoes, for 15 minutes or until liquid is slightly reduced.
Add tomato paste, paprika and crushed red chili, and national crushed pickle.
Stir for 1 minute, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Check and season with salt and pepper.
Spread sauce over ready-made dough, then spread Achari Mince topping and pizza cheese.
Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until melts.
Serve immediately.
