Turkish pizza with a twist of National Crushed Pickle

  • Spicy mince topping
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 big tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • National Salt to taste
  • National crushed pickle 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 400g minced beef or mutton
  • Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Pizza cheese
  • Using ready-made pizza dough


  • For the topping, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
  • Add mutton mince, and tomatoes and cook, pressing down on tomatoes, for 15 minutes or until liquid is slightly reduced.
  • Add tomato paste, paprika and crushed red chili, and national crushed pickle.
  • Stir for 1 minute, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Check and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread sauce over ready-made dough, then spread Achari Mince topping and pizza cheese.
  • Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until melts.
  • Serve immediately.
