  • 2tbsp National Mango Custard
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • Plain cake
  • 1 Tin fruit cocktail
  • Cream 1 box
  • National Banana Jelly  1 packet
  • National Strawberry Jelly 1 packet
  • Chocolate chips as required


  • In a serving dish, spread cake crumble and fruit cocktail.
  • Boil half a liter of milk with sugar in a pan.
  • Slowly add dissolved custard into boiling milk.  Stir continuously. Cook for a minute.
  • When thickened remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Pour custard into a prepared serving dish.
  • Cool at room temperature. Then put it in the refrigerator to set.
  • In a pan boil 2 cups of water, and add National Strawberry jelly. When dissolved, pour in the prepared custard serving dish. Put in refrigerator to set.
  • In another pan boil 2 cups of water, and add National Banana jelly. When dissolved pour in the prepared trifle. Put in refrigerator to set.
  • Decorate with cream and chocolate chips.
