Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • National Tikka Masala 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • National Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed roasted coriander 2 tbsp
  • Crushed roasted cumin 2 tbsp
  • Crushed roasted black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • National Salt as per taste

Directions

  • Take a wok, put oil and ginger garlic paste fry it till light brown.
  • Add chicken fry well.
  • Then add National Tikka Masala, crushed roasted coriander, cumin, black pepper, National Red Chilli Powder, and National Salt.
  • Fry for 5 minutes.
  • Now take a blender and put tomatoes, yogurt, and green chilies in it and make a thick paste.
  • Add this paste to the chicken. Leave it for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is done.
  • Then cook it until oil comes up. Add butter and cream.
  • Mix it well and turn off the flame.
  • Serve hot with naan.
