For tikka potato filling:

  • 3 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1tsp National Tikka Boti Masala
  • 1tsp National Cumin Powder
  • Half tsp National Chilli Powder
  • Half tsp National Chat Masala
  • 2tbsp chopped green coriander

For batter:

  • 1 cup Baisan
  • 1tsp chili flakes
  • National Salt to taste
  • Water to make a paste



  • Mix everything in mashed potatoes.
    • Batter:

  • Make medium-consistency batter by adding water.
    • Assembling:

  • Apply potato masala on 1 piece of bread and cover it with another bread slice. Cut in half (triangles) and repeat for other pieces of bread.
  • Dip sandwiched bread into baisan batter and deep fry in medium hot oil from both sides till golden brown
  • Serve with National Ketchup.
