Ingredients:
For tikka potato filling:
3 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
1tsp National Tikka Boti Masala
1tsp National Cumin Powder
Half tsp National Chilli Powder
Half tsp National Chat Masala
2tbsp chopped green coriander
For batter:
1 cup Baisan
1tsp chili flakes
National Salt to taste
Water to make a paste
Directions
Filling:
Mix everything in mashed potatoes.
Batter:
Make medium-consistency batter by adding water.
Assembling:
Apply potato masala on 1 piece of bread and cover it with another bread slice. Cut in half (triangles) and repeat for other pieces of bread.
Dip sandwiched bread into baisan batter and deep fry in medium hot oil from both sides till golden brown
Serve with National Ketchup.
