Tikka boti

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1tsp National Soya sauce
  • 1tsp National Chilli sauce
  • National tikka boti mix 3tbsp
  • 1tbsp National Red Chilli powder
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp of oil
  • 1tsp National coriander powder
  • Pinch of National turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp chanay ka atta

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with the above ingredients and let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
  • Once they’re marinated set them on a stick and coat it with bread crumbs first and then the egg.
  • Deep or shallow fry them as per your choice.
