Tandori Grilled Fish

This is my recreated fish recipe made in all occasion ... love by everyone at my home


  • Fish 1kg
  • National Tandori Masala 1tbsp
  • National Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  • National Fish Masala 1tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Roasted Baisan 4tbsp
  • Rice flour 1tbsp
  • National Cornflour 1tbsp
  • National Salt to taste (if required)
  • Ajwain 1/4tsp
  • Oil for frying


  • Take a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to make a thick batter.
  • Marinated all fish pieces in it and leave for 2 hours approximately.
  • Heat oil and deep fry all fish pices in it.
  • Take out on a paper towel and serve with green chutney.
