Directions
Peel the potatoes and make slits on potatoes, thickly sliced all veggies.. mix tandoori masala in youghurt..
Then in baking pan add potatoes... rub in yoghurt mixture... add 1 tsp oil ... sprinkle some chaat masala and tandoori masala on top ... bake in preheated oven on 200 °C ... for 20 minutes
Now add all sliced veggies..sprinkle some tandoori masala and chaat masala on veggies..drizzle some oil and again bake for 15 minutes more or until done... you can cook in frying pan too by covering lid and on low flame while hassle back potatoes will be done make tarka
Melt butter in a small frying pan then turn off the heat mix in tandoori and chaat masala and immediately drizzle over hassle back potatoes and veggies squeeze lemon juice on top pour dairy cream and enjoy with grilled pita bread you will love it
