Directions
First marinate the fish fillet with salt, turmeric, chopped red chilies. lemon juice and gram flour for 30 minutes. Now wash it and keep it on a side.
Now make the batter add flour, corn flour, rice flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, national salt, chopped red chilies, national tandoori masala, chat masala and water make its batter.
Then dip the fish and deep fry it, until it becomes golden brown.
Now take it out and sprinkle National chat masala then serve it with national ketchup and chutni's
