Tandoori fish fry

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish fillet 500 gm cut into fingers
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp

For Batter:

  • All purpose Flour 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • National Chili powder 1 tsp
  • National Tandoori masala 3tbsp
  • Water to make batter
  • National Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • First marinate the fish fillet with salt, turmeric, chopped red chilies. lemon juice and gram flour for 30 minutes. Now wash it and keep it on a side.
  • Now make the batter add flour, corn flour, rice flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, national salt, chopped red chilies, national tandoori masala, chat masala and water make its batter.
  • Then dip the fish and deep fry it, until it becomes golden brown.
  • Now take it out and sprinkle National chat masala then serve it with national ketchup and chutni's
