Tandoori Chicken Tikka Samosa

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup beaten yogurt
  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
  • National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • National Cumin Seed Powder 1/2 tsp
  • National Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • National Salt 1/2tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/4 tsp
  • Pinch of National Turmeric Powder
  • Pinch of National Black Pepper Powder
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Samosa wrappers

Directions

  • In a bowl, add beaten yogurt.
  • Add in garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, crushed red pepper, turmeric, black pepper powder, yellow food colour and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix well and add in chicken cubes. Let chicken cubes marinate for 1 hour.
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cook the marinated chicken till it tenders and dries.
  • Shred the chicken.
  • In a samosa wrapper, add 1 tbsp of your shredded chicken filling to make the samosa.
  • Deep fry the samosas and enjoy.
