Tandoori Chicken Pizza Pie Without Oven

You can make this amazing Pizza Pie on any occasion or event and amaze your guest with your creativity.


  • All-purpose flour 2 cups
  • Powder Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Melted Butter 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 (room temperature)
  • Milk as required for kneading
  • Chicken 1 cup
  • National Tandoori Masala 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Pizza Sauce 4 tbsp
  • National Chili Garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • National Classic Mayo
  • Onion ½
  • Capsicum as required
  • Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Olives as required
  • Egg yolk 1


  • In a bowl mix all-purpose flour, powder sugar, and yeast. Add salt, melted butter, and eggs, and again mix it well.
  • Add milk gradually and knead until a soft and smooth dough is formed.
  • Leave it to rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  • In a bowl mix chicken, National Tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, and yogurt marinate it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is completely done.
  • Add National Chili Garlic Sauce to cooked chicken, mix it well and set aside.
  • Divide dough into two parts. Roll the dough with a rolling pan and then place it on a greased pie pan.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base, then add chicken, veggies, National Classic mayo, and cheese.
  • Cover it with another dough and design it as you want.
  • Brush egg yolk on top for color
  • Preheat the cooking pot on high flame for 10 minutes.
  • Place pizza pie in a cooking pot, cover, and bake on medium to low flame for 20-30 minutes.
  • Brush some butter once it is completely done.
  • Serve it with National Chili garlic sauce and National Classic Mayo and enjoy.
