Directions
In a bowl mix all-purpose flour, powder sugar, and yeast. Add salt, melted butter, and eggs, and again mix it well.
Add milk gradually and knead until a soft and smooth dough is formed.
Leave it to rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
In a bowl mix chicken, National Tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, and yogurt marinate it for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is completely done.
Add National Chili Garlic Sauce to cooked chicken, mix it well and set aside.
Divide dough into two parts. Roll the dough with a rolling pan and then place it on a greased pie pan.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base, then add chicken, veggies, National Classic mayo, and cheese.
Cover it with another dough and design it as you want.
Brush egg yolk on top for color
Preheat the cooking pot on high flame for 10 minutes.
Place pizza pie in a cooking pot, cover, and bake on medium to low flame for 20-30 minutes.
Brush some butter once it is completely done.
Serve it with National Chili garlic sauce and National Classic Mayo and enjoy.
