Directions
First make the dough by mixing all ingredients in bowl with water
Put dough in a warm place for 2 hours
Then punch it down knead it again and divide it into 2-4 parts
For filling, heat oil in a pan, add onion and National Ginger Garlic Paste. When it becomes pinkish add chicken
Add soya sauce, National Chili Sauce, National Ketchup, National Salt, red chili flakes black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes
Then add flour and cook for 5 more minutes
Add milk mix and cook until it becomes dry
Let it cool on room temperature
Roll into a ball, flatten, put filling in the center and on sides in circle
Roll and flatten another ball and put it over the first
Make cuts from sides and fold it outward
Egg wash it put seeds on the top
Bake it in preheated oven for 25 minutes
When its done, apply melted butter on it
Chicken bread is ready to serve!
