Sunflower Chicken Bread

Ingredients:

For dough:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp National Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp National Black Pepper

For filling:

  • 1 cup boiled Shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp National Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp National Ketchup
  • 1 TSP National Salt
  • 1 TSP National Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp flour.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil

For assembling:

  • 1 egg beaten
  • Black seeds as required
  • Melted butter

Directions

  • First make the dough by mixing all ingredients in bowl with water
  • Put dough in a warm place for 2 hours
  • Then punch it down knead it again and divide it into 2-4 parts
  • For filling, heat oil in a pan, add onion and National Ginger Garlic Paste. When it becomes pinkish add chicken
  • Add soya sauce, National Chili Sauce, National Ketchup, National Salt, red chili flakes black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes
  • Then add flour and cook for 5 more minutes
  • Add milk mix and cook until it becomes dry
  • Let it cool on room temperature
  • Roll into a ball, flatten, put filling in the center and on sides in circle
  • Roll and flatten another ball and put it over the first
  • Make cuts from sides and fold it outward
  • Egg wash it put seeds on the top
  • Bake it in preheated oven for 25 minutes
  • When its done, apply melted butter on it
  • Chicken bread is ready to serve!
