Direction for tart
Mix butter and sugar with spatula . Now add egg yolk , vanilla essence. Mix it well.
Add maida in it. Slightly knead it. Don't over mix.
Wrap this in cling sheet. Put this in Fridge for 30 mins.
Now take a ball , and fix it in tart mold. Prick base with fork. After setting tart , put this in fridge for 10 mins
Take out the tart from Fridge, bake it in pre heated oven at 170 for 20 mins or until light golden brown . Now let it cool.
For filling:
Boil the milk 1/2 liter . Add sugar 4 tbsp. in milk and add NATIONAL CUSTARD (any flavor )2-3 tbsp.( dissolve in milk) mix it well until it thickens . After it contains desired consistency off the flame.
Assembling
In a tart ,filled with NATIONAL CUSTARD decorate it with fruits and serve chilled.
