Strawberry Custard in White Chocolate Ball

For white chocolate ball:

  • White cooking chocolate

For strawberry custard:

  • 3 tsp water
  • 3 tbsp of National Strawberry Custard Powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Add crushed white chocolate or whatever you want

For decorating:

  • Whippy whip strawberry cream


  • Melt white cooking chocolate and set in ball mold before freezing for five minutes
  • Now take a pan and add milk, turn on the flame to medium heat, and heat it until it boils.
  • Now add sugar & mix.
  • Add custard powder (dissolved in water) and mix it. Cook until it has thickened.
  • Now turn off the flame & wait until it has cooled.
  • Now add crushed white chocolate and mix.
  • Custard is ready.
  • Take a piping bag and pour the custard into the piping bag.
  • Now take out the Chocolate ball from the mold.
  • Then make a hole in the chocolate ball with the help of any small round cutter or nozzle.
  • Fill the custard in the ball with the help of a piping bag and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Now decorate it with strawberry whipped cream & enjoy it!
