Strawberry Custard in White Chocolate Ball

For white chocolate ball:

White Cooking chocolate

For Strawberry Custard

  • 3 tsp water
  • 3 tbsp of National Strawberry Custard Powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • Add crushed white chocolate or topping of your choice

For decorating

  • Whippy whip strawberry cream


  • Melt white cooking chocolate n set in ball mould n freeze for five minutes
  • Now take pan add milk, heat it on medium flame until the milk boils. Add sugar and mix
  • Add custard powder (dissolve in water), mix and cook until consistency is thick
  • Now turn off the flame and wait until cooled
  • Now add crushed white chocolate and mix. Custard is ready!
  • Take a piping bag and pour the custard into piping bag
  • Take out the Chocolate ball from the mold
  • Then make a hole in the chocolate ball with help of any small round cutter or nozzle. Fill custard in the ball with help of a piping bag and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
  • Now decorate it with strawberry whipped cream and enjoy it!
