Spicy Shakshouka

Ingredients:

  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped tomato
  • Eggs
  • National Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander
  • National Salt as per taste
  • National Red Chilli Powder as per taste

Directions

  • Fry chopped onions and tomatoes to oil.
  • Make masala by adding spices and cumin seeds.
  • When masala has formed, add eggs on top as a sperate layer 1 by 1.
  • Cover and steam eggs on medium for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander.
