Directions
In a pot, add oil and onion, fry for a minute then add red Kashmiri chili.
Now add tomatoes, National salt, National Red Chilli powder, and National Turmeric powder.
Bhonify the masala, now add red lentils and 1 liter water, cover, and cook on medium-low flame till lentil gets mashy.
Mash them well, and add water if required.
Sprinkle all spice powder.
In a pan add desi ghee, curry leaves, red button chilies, and onion.
Fry till pink then add green chili and again fry till onions get golden brown color.
Now add National Red Chilli powder and National Cumin seeds and pour this Tarka on lentil gravy.
Yummy, hot, and spicy red lentil is ready.
Serve it with boiled Tarka rice.
