Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • National Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • 1 packet boiled spaghetti
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • National Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp heaped
  • Finely chopped onions 1/2 cup
  • National Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • Capsicum sliced 2

Directions

  • Marinate chicken cubes with yogurt, National Ginger Garlic Paste, National Tandoori Masala, and crushed red pepper.
  • Add all spice, cumin, coriander, salt, lemon juice, and butter and let it rest for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil and butter; add the marinated chicken and fry for 10 mins until it's done.
  • Remove, add ginger garlic, green chili, and capsicum, and fry for a few seconds
  • Add National Tomato Ketchup and fry well till oil comes on top.
  • Add grilled chicken, chopped onions, National Salt, and pasta, mix well together and serve.
