Directions
Heat oil in a karhayi, add ginger garlic paste and chicken fry till light golden
then add red chili powder, turmeric powder , crushed black pepper , crushed Cumin Seeds , coriander seeds powder & salt.
Fry for 2mins then add blunched tomatoes, mix it & cover the pan. Leave it for 10 mins in low to medium flame.
Add siracha sauce, bhonify it
add green chilis & fenugreek leaves julliene ginger, Coriander leaves
give coal steam to the karhayi by putting hot coal with 1 tsp butter on the coal & cover the pan for few mins for coal aroma & taste
