Directions
Cut chicken into strips and mix it with all the ingredients. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes
Add marinated chicken to a grill pan and cook it until it's fully done
Make the sauce by adding mint paste (mint green chillies and garlic cloves) in yogurt and add red chilli powder, salt and mayonnaise
Apply the sauce to pita bread and add grilled chicken, cabbage, cucumber and tomatoes
Apply some more sauce, fold the bread and your Shawarma is ready to serve!
