Ingredients:

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Pink color 2 drops
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops
  • National Strawberry Jelly 1 pack
  • Sagu Dana half cup
  • Basil seeds 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Boil 1 liter water, add sabu Dana cook for
  • 10 mins. Strain it, set a side.
  • In half cup water add basil seeds.
  • In a pan add 1.5 cup of water bring it to boil, add National Strawberry Jelly and cook for 2 minutes.
  • In a pan add milk bring it to boil, add sugar cook for 2 minutes. Add pink color, vanilla essence and mix.
  • In a bowl take 2 tbsp water and corn flour mix well. Add it in milk. Cook for 4 mins. And cool it.
  • Add sagu Dana, basil seeds and jelly.
  • Sharbt e Gulistan is ready to serve
