Directions
Boil 1-litre water and add sabudana.
Cook for 10 minutes, strain it and set aside.
In half a cup of water add basil seeds.
In a pan add 1.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Add National jelly and cook for 2 minutes.
In a pan add milk and bring it to a boil.
Add sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
Add pink food colour and vanilla essence and mix.
In a bowl take 2 tbsp water and National corn flour and mix well.
Add the cornflour mix to the milk and cook for 4 minutes.
Let it cool.
Add sabudana, basil seeds and jelly.
Sharbat e Gulistan is ready to be served!
