Seekh Qeema
  • 1kg qeema
  • 1tbsp National Meat Tenderizer
  • National Achaar Gosht Masala 1 tbsp
  • Half cup yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3tbsp besan
  • 2 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • 1tbsp chili flakes
  • National Chat Masala 1 tsp
  • 1tsp Haldi
  • 2tbsp coriander powder
  • 1tbsp fresh black pepper grounded
  • 1tbsp National Garam Masala Powder
  • National Salt to taste
  • 1 cup oil/ ghee or butter
  • 1 small onion
  • Coal for dum


  • Marinate qeema with tenderizer, ginger garlic paste, and yogurt for half an hour.
  • Now in a pan put all dry ingredients and roast dry masala till you get the smell of besan and masala and it slightly changes the color.
  • Add National Achaar Gosht Masala.
  • Now add this masala to qeema and marinate for another half an hour.
  • Fry one small onion in ghee or oil, once it gets golden now add marinated qeema and fry a little.
  • Then add one cup of water, mix and cook with the lid tightly shut for 30 mins, and add more water.
  • After 30 mins check the consistency if it is fine then give coal dum and your yummy Kababs are ready.
  • Add one tbsp of National Seekh Kabab Masala.
  • Serve with chapati and BBQ chutney or green raita.
