Ingredients:
Bread slices 8
Boneless chicken 250 gms
Carrot thin chopped 1/4 cup
Cabbage thin chopped 1/2 cup
National Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
National Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
National Salt to taste
National Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp
For Pakora batter
Gram flour 2 cup
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
National Salt to taste
National Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder 1tsp
Water as required
Oil for frying
Directions
Marinate chicken with National Ginger Garlic Paste, cream, National Salt, National Tikka Masala, and oil for half an hour.
Cook this chicken on low flame in a pan until it is done then shred it.
In a bowl add National Mayonnaise, cabbage, carrot, National salt, and National black pepper before mixing well.
Add cooked shredded chicken to the mixture and again mix well before setting aside.
Make pakora batter. In a bowl add ingredients all the ingredients listed for the batter and mix well. The batter should not be too thick or thin.
Take bread slices and cut the brown corner of the bread.
Take a piece of bread, add the prepared mixture then put another piece of bread over it and press.
Dip the pressed sandwich in the pakora batter and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with National Ketchup or National Chili Garlic Sauce.
