Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg veal boneless meat
  • 4 to 5 boiled and pealed potatoes
  • 1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1tbsp National Tikka Boti Masala
  • 1tsp National red chili powder
  • 1tsp crushed cumin
  • National salt to taste
  • 2 to 3tbsp imli
  • 3tbsp chopped green coriander
  • Beaten eggs for coating

Directions

  • Boil beef with Ginger garlic paste, National Tikka Boti Masala, chili powder, cumin and salt in 2 to 3 cups of water till it cooks completely and water dries.
  • Let it cool then shred.
  • Boil potatoes and mash them roughly.
  • Dissolve imli in 1tbsp water. Mix in potatoes and remove seeds.
  • Mix shredded beef, potatoes, imli paste and coriander, make kababs, dip in egg and shallow fry them.
  • Serve with National Ketchup
