Tandoori Cheese Rolls

I Made It

Ingredients

  • Chicken Boneless 500 grams
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • National Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • National Red pepper powder 1 tsp
  • National Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • National Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • National Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • National Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Oil 1-2 tsp
  • Coal (for smoke)
  • Marinate the chicken and cook it until completely done.

Dough

  • Flour 2 cups
  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp oil
  • Warm water 1/2 – 1 cup as needed
  • Make a dough and parathas

National Sauce

  • National Garlic mayo – 1/2 cup
  • National Mayo – 1/2 cup
  • National Ketchup – 1/4 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • Salt 1-2tsp (as per taste)
  • Black pepper: 1-2tsp
  • Mix together.

Cheese sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp.
  • flour 1 tbsp.
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Cheese 50g or 3tbsp

Directions

  • Mix to make a sauce
  • layer paratha with Cheese sauce, National sauce and chicken filling, roll and enjoy!
