Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

Perfectly balanced as all things should be, we bring you these very delicious Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings made by Aymen using National Red Chili Powder

I Made It


  • You need 1 kg chicken wings with skin, wash and pat dry
  • Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon National red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon National black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons National soy sauce


  • Give it a good mix and marinade your wings for 2-3 hours.
  • For coating of marinated wings, take 1 cup all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 cornflour by national.
  • 1 teaspoon National red chilli powder and salt to taste, this will make a very nice light crisp over wings.
  • Coat wings in mixture and fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
  • Meanwhile make your sauce by adding 1/2 cup BBQ sauce in 1 tablespoon Oil, then add 2 tablespoons soya sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons National chilli sauce and a special ingredient which is National Tikka Masala which gives a significant smoky touch to it.
  • Then add 3 tablespoons of honey which givea a sweet glaze, cook for a minute and then add cooked wings, toss them well and serve piping hot
