  • Mince 250g
  • National garlic powder ½ tsp
  • National ginger powder ½ tsp
  • National black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • National salt 1 tsp
  • National tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • National classic mayo 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Mozzarella cheese 250 to 300 g (Cut into pencil or finger shape)
  • Fresh bread slices 8 to 10
  • Wooden skewers 8-10 insert in mozzarella cheese stick/figure)
  • Egg, beaten 3
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs 200g
  • Oil for deep frying


  • In a mixing bowl add 3 eggs, milk and mix well. Set aside as you will use this mixture to coat and seal the corners of bread rolls.
  • In a cooking pan add mutton mince, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, salt, chilli flakes and water.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked properly and water has dried.
  • Add tomato ketchup, classic mayo and cook for 1 min.
  • Now add cooked mince in chopper and chop it well.


  • Cut the corners of bread slices and roll it with a rolling pin until flat.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of chopped cooked mince and spread on the slice of bread
    Insert bamboo sticks/skewers in mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll minced bread around the mozzarella cheese stick and close tightly from top to bottom with the help of beaten egg mixture.
  • Dip entire roll in beaten egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
