Macaroni Lasagna

I Made It

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste.
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp National Chicken Tikka mix
  • water if required
  • 1/2 cup National Tomato Ketchup
  • 12 tbsp National Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp National Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup National Chilli Garlic
  • macaroni
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp allpurpose flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • cheese as preferred
  • red chili flakes

Directions

  • In a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste and mix.
  • Add in the chicken mince and cook until it changes its color.
  • Add National Chicken Tikka mix, salt, black pepper, red chili powder and turmeric.
  • Mix well and add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
  • Add some water only if required to cook the chicken fully.
  • For the white sauce, add butter and all-purpose flour. Mix well and add the milk.
  • Make sure to keep stirring so that there are no lumps.
  • Then add salt, black pepper and oregano. Give it a good mix and let the sauce thicken.
  • For the assembling, put a layer of white sauce followed by macaroni and the chicken. Repeat until top.
  • Cover with some cheese and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until the cheese fully melts and turns golden.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
