2 chicken fillets
Salt 1tsp (national)
Black pepper powder (national)
National Tikka masala 2tsp
Paprika powder 1tsp
Roasted crushed cumin 1tsp
Crushed ginger Garlic 1tsp
Chopped coriander 3tbsp
Olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Soy sauce (national) 1tbsp
White vinegar (national) 1tsp
Cauliflower 1 large
Butter 1tsp
Chopped garlic 2tbsp
Spring onion whites 1tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Lemon juice 1tsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Spring onion greens 3tbsp
Directions
In a bowl add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, paprika powder, chicken Tikka masala, cumin powder, chopped coriander, and olive oil, mix it well and marinate chicken fillets cover it, and leave it for about 20 minutes.
Grease grill pan with olive oil and grill marinated chicken fillets for 5 minutes on each side, take it out on a plate and set it aside.
Grate cauliflower and set aside. In a cooking wok add butter & olive oil, add freshly chopped garlic, and spring onion whites cook for 2 minutes.
Now add grated cauliflower cook for 5 minutes and stir continuously to prevent burning.
Add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and spring onion greens, and cook for a few minutes. Dish it out in a plate and serve it with lemon and Greek yogurt
