For Mutton Marinade:
Mutton boneless 500 gm
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Bombay Biryani Masala 3 tbsp
For Cooking:
Marinated mutton 500 gm
Water 1 liter
Oil ¼ cup
Yogurt 1, ½ cup
Green chili big slices 1 large
Ginger julienne 1 tbsp. (for cooking)
Fresh coriander for garnish
Ginger julienne for garnish
Directions
Marinate mutton with ginger, garlic and National Bombay Biryani Masala and put in fridge for 2 hours.
Now put marinated mutton in a pan, add water and cook until it boils. Then cover it and let it cook for at least for 45minutes (or until it is fully cooked).
Now mix mutton well and dry out all the water.
Add oil, yogurt, green chili and ginger, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens and oil separates.
Garnish with coriander and ginger and serve piping hot.
