Fried Fish

I Made It


  • Water
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Fish fillets or whole fish 1kg

For Marination:

  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • National Fish Masala 1/2 pack
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Chopped green chillies 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Imli pulp 1/3 cup
  • Whole egg
  • Oil for frying


  • Take a bowl and add flour, ginger garlic paste, National Fish Masala, chopped green chillies, add lemon juice, imli pulp, a whole egg and mix well.
  • Pour the fish into the bowl and mix the fish well with the paste well.
  • Take a fry pan, and add oil onto the pan and fry the fish until golden brown.

Method for serving:

  • Take a serving plate, add the fried fish and serve with Imli and mint coriander chatni. And Voila! Its ready to be served.
