Oil as required
1 chicken breast cut into 2 fillets
1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
3tbsp yogurt
National tandoori masala
1tsp Kashmiri laal Mirch
Pinch of mustard
1tsp ginger garlic
National Salt as per taste if required
1tbsp lemon juice
1-1.5 cups boiled rice
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
Directions
Method of marination:
Take a bowl and add yogurt, add all the spices, and mix well, then proceed with coating the chicken
Let it marinate for at least 30 mins.
Method for cooking:
Take a grilled pan, add some oil, and grill the fillet from both sides until the chicken is tender.
Take a pan, add oil, pour the chopped garlic, and add the boiled rice.
Lastly, mix well, and voila! Your Tandoori Chicken Fillet is ready to be served.
