Chicken Chilli Stir Fry

  • Chicken 500 grams
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Salt (a pinch)
  • National Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • National Vinegar 1.5 tbsp
  • National Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • National Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
  • National Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • National Ketchup 1/2 cup


  • Take chicken and marinate it in corn flour and sugar for half hour and deep fry the chicken chunks until beautifully crisped!
  • Take a wok add butter garlic and ginger sauté them well add all the sauces and chicken sauté it on high flame. Add deseeded green chillies and serve with butter rice!
