Chicken Balochi Tikka

I Made It


  • Chicken pieces 1 kg
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • National Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • National Tikka masala
  • National Black pepper powder
  • National Garam masala powder
  • National Chat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • Coal for smoke


  • Take chicken pieces, make deep cuts. Make marination of all the spices, yogurt, National vinegar, ginger garlic paste & mix everything well!
  • Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours
  • Take a wok, add generous amount of oil deep fry chicken till cooked.
  • Take another pan add some oil/butter, put in the left over marinade, add the fried chicken, give it a good mix!
  • Smoke it, and drip some lemon juice and its ready to serve
