Chicken pieces 1 kg
Yogurt 2 cups
Green chillies
Oil
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
National Vinegar 1 tablespoon
National Tikka masala
National Black pepper powder
National Garam masala powder
National Chat masala
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Coal for smoke
Directions
Take chicken pieces, make deep cuts. Make marination of all the spices, yogurt, National vinegar, ginger garlic paste & mix everything well!
Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours
Take a wok, add generous amount of oil deep fry chicken till cooked.
Take another pan add some oil/butter, put in the left over marinade, add the fried chicken, give it a good mix!
Smoke it, and drip some lemon juice and its ready to serve
