I Made It


  • Chicken mince 500g -Onion 1 small choped
  • Fresh Coriander & Mint Leaves 2-3 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 2 chopped
  • Bread Slice 1
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mozerella Cheese (Optional)
  • Oil for frying
  • Coal 1 small piece
  • Spices: 1 tsp each of salt
  • Red chili
  • Coriander
  • Cumin + 1/2 tsp Black pepper + 1/2tbsp National’s Tikka Masala & chicken powder


  • 1.Add chicken mince , coriander, onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, bread slice & all the mentioned spices in a chopper.Turn it on until well combined & minced.
  • 2. Burn a piece of coal until red. Take out chicken mince & spread in a dish. Put a piece of foil. Put burning coal. Add some oil & cover for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Now uncover. Apply oil on hands. Take a small ball of mince. Add mozzarella cheese and makes kebabs. You may freeze or shallow fry until golden brown.
