  • Beef 1kg
  • Vinegar 1/2cup (washing)
  • Water 1cup (washing)
  • Oil 2tbs
  • Ginger 1tbs
  • Garlic 1tbs
  • Onion 1medium
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Lemon Juice of 2lemons
  • Salt 1tsp
  • National Tikka Boti Masala 1tsp
  • National Chat Masala 1tsp
  • National Red Chili 3/4tsp
  • National Cumin Powder 1tsp
  • National Coriander Powder 1tsp
  • Chili Flakes 3/4tsp
  • Corn Flour 3tbs


  • Take small pieces of beef and wash them thoroughly with vinegar and water. To tenderize the meat, marinate it with a paste of cooking oil, crushed garlic, and ginger. Then, add the meat pieces to a pressure cooker and cook until the meat is partially done.
  • Once the meat is partially cooked, add onions, salt, turmeric powder, and water to the pressure cooker and continue cooking. Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 10-15 minutes after it comes to a boil.
  • In a separate container, mix boiled beef with lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and roasted chickpea flour.
  • In a frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry the beef pieces until they are well-cooked and have a flavorful crust.
  • Your delicious and spicy beef bites are now ready to be served.
