Beef Dhaga Kebab

I Made It



  • Beef mince 750 gm
  • Beef fat 150 gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped 150 gm (squeeze onion and remove water)
  • Green chilies paste 1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda ¼ teaspoon
  • Papaya paste (sweet papaya) 4 tablespoon
  • National seekh kabab masala 1 pkt
  • Thread for kabab
  • Oil for frying
  • Koyla for smoke


  • Add mince, fat, onion, baking soda, garlic, ginger, papaya, and green chili paste in chopper and chop for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add national seekh kabab masala and mix well with the help of your hands.
  • Marinate this mixture for 8 hours and keep it in fridge.
  • Now insert mince on wooden ice cream sticks and tie thread on it.
  • Heat oil in frying pan and fry all kababs for 3 minutes on both sides.
  • At this stage give coal smoke. (For coal smoke put coal with kababs on a small piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle some oil on coal and cover it for a few minutes.)
