Qeema samosa

Ingredients:

  • Oil 1tsp
  • Beef mince 1kg
  • Ginger paste 1tbsp
  • National Salt 1tsp
  • National Chicken Tikkah masala 2tbsp
  • National Black pepper 1tsp
  • National Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Green chilli 1tsp chopped
  • Onion 2 medium chopped
  • National Garam masala powder 1tsp
  • Green coriander chopped hand full

Directions

  • In one tsp oil fry ginger garlic, then add the beef mince.
  • Cook it for a while then add National salt, National black pepper, green chilli chopped very finely, chopped onion, National garam masala, National chicken tikka masala and National coriander powder.
  • Make sure to dry the water, then cook it completely.
  • Lastly, add green coriander when it has cooled down.
  • Make samosa and deep fry it.
  • Serve with National Ketchup!
