My kids favorite snack

Ingredients:

  • Qeema half kg
  • Aloo 2 medium size cut into small chips n deep fry
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powdr half tsp
  • Coriander powder half tsp
  • Crushed red chili half tsp
  • Chinese salt 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder half tsp
  • National Biryani masala 1tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2 large
  • Dried plum (soak in water)
  • Star anise 3-4
  • Whole black pepper 5-6
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole green chilies
  • Coriander
  • Zarda color a pinch

For rice:

  • Rice half kg (soak for 30 mins maximum)
  • Cumin seeds half tsp
  • Whole black pepper
  • Star anise 2-3
  • Salt 2tbsp
  • water as required

Directions

  • Heat oil add onions n brown, take out half n in remaining half add GG paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and bhunofy a little then add qeema and bhunofy again then add tomatoes, star anise, national biryani masala, garam masala powder, whole black pepper, crushed red chili n salt along with water, cover n cook till water dries.
  • At the end add green chillies n dried plum n cover the lid.
  • Boil rice with ingredients for layering give 1st layer of qeema oil then add rice then qeema then rice and then brown onion, zarda color , hara coriander and green chili on the top
  • Put on dum for 5-10 mints. Serve with chips
