Puri with Aloo Tarkari

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1cup
  • Atta half cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ajwain  1 pinch
  • Oil
  • Boil potatoes. Meanwhile, prepare the masala with
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon zeera
  • 1 teaspoon raayi
  • 1/2 teaspoon methi dana
  • 1/2 teaspoon kalonji
  • 1/2 teaspoon saunf
  • 1 tablespoon crushed chilli
  • Salt and red chilli as per taste

Directions

  • Take a cup of maida and half cup flour, pinch of salt and 2 tbsp oil, pinch of ajwaien
  • knead the flour with water, neither too soft nor too hard.
  • With the help of a spoon and oil on the mix, round puri's to be cooked.
  • Boil potatoes. Meanwhile, prepare the masala
  • When potatoes are boiled, peel and cut them. Add to the masala. Put a little water for gravy.
  • In the end, pour 1/2 cup imli paste. Soak imli in warm water before starting cooking.
