Directions
Take a cup of maida and half cup flour, pinch of salt and 2 tbsp oil, pinch of ajwaien
knead the flour with water, neither too soft nor too hard.
With the help of a spoon and oil on the mix, round puri's to be cooked.
Boil potatoes. Meanwhile, prepare the masala
When potatoes are boiled, peel and cut them. Add to the masala. Put a little water for gravy.
In the end, pour 1/2 cup imli paste. Soak imli in warm water before starting cooking.
