Directions
Heat oil and fry onion till light golden color.
Add chicken, National Ginger Garlic Paste, and fry well.
Now add yogurt, National Cumin, National Salt, black pepper, National Red Chili Powder, and green chili paste and cook it for 15mins.
Now heat 4tbsp Oil in a separate pot, put chicken cubes and water according to your rice, and bring it to boil.
Now put the soaked rice on a flame and turn it high.
When water dries out lower the flame.
Now put the prepared chicken masala on top of rice and add kewra water.
And put it on dam for 15 mins.
Serve with salad.
