Pulao Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Rice 1 kg (soaked)
  • National Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • National Red Chili powder 1tbsp
  • Fennel seed powder 1tsp
  • National Black pepper Powder 1/2tsp
  • National Salt 1tsp
  • Chicken stock cubes 2
  • Yogurt 4tbsp
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Green chili paste 1tsp
  • National Cumin powder 1tsp
  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Kewra water few drops

Directions

  • Heat oil and fry onion till light golden color.
  • Add chicken, National Ginger Garlic Paste, and fry well.
  • Now add yogurt, National Cumin, National Salt, black pepper, National Red Chili Powder, and green chili paste and cook it for 15mins.
  • Now heat 4tbsp Oil in a separate pot, put chicken cubes and water according to your rice, and bring it to boil.
  • Now put the soaked rice on a flame and turn it high.
  • When water dries out lower the flame.
  • Now put the prepared chicken masala on top of rice and add kewra water.
  • And put it on dam for 15 mins.
  • Serve with salad.
