Holiday Special


  • Chicken mince 500gm
  • Onion 2 Pieces medium size
  • Tomato 4 Pieces (blanched)
  • National salt(Depend on need)
  • National Ginger powder1 tbsp
  • National Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • National Chicken Tikka 2 tbsp
  • National Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  • National Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • National Chili Garlic sauce 4tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 Cup
  • Green Chili 2
  • Coal 1 (for smoke)


  • Special Equipment
  • 9″tart pan
  • Tart Crust
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons pizza sauce homemade(National chili garlic sauce 2 pinches of mixed herbs)
  • 1/4cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tandoori chicken mince
  • National Mayonnaise for topping
  • Olives & jalapeño
  • Flour 300g
  • Butter cubes chill 200g
  • National salt 1/2tsp
  • Egg yolk 2


  • Add Oil into a pan add Onion and cook it and add Garlic and Ginger powder 1 tbsp and add Chicken Mince and mix in high flame.
  • Now add National Salt, National Red Chili, National Turmeric, National Chicken Tikka Masala and mix it and now add Tomato paste and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on high flame.
  • In last add National Chili Garlic sauce & mix well.
  • Now burn Coal and add it with one drop of oil and cover for 1 minute.
  • Preparing Tart Crust

    • Combine all ingredients in a chopper &make a smooth dough.
    • On a well-floured surface, roll the dough out thinly enough that your tart pan can sit on top of it and have at least 1-inch of space all the way around the sides.
    • If your tart pan has a removable bottom, place dough over the bottom disk and fold dough up so that none of it hangs over the sides. Drop tart bottom and dough back into the rest of the pan and unfold the dough. (If your tart bottom is not removable, just drape the dough over the entire pan.
    • Press the dough gently into the sides of the pan and then run your rolling pin lightly over the rim to pinch off the excess dough.


    • Spread tart with National Chili Garlic sauce & layer with chicken Tandoori mince top with cheddar &mozzarella cheese Olives & jalapeño.
    • Place tart pans on a center rack and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
    • Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving or cutting.
    • Top with National Mayo Classic Mayonnaise served with National Ketchup.
